The material quality is ambitious: All door stoppers of the „Screw or Glue“ series are manufactured in a combination of a body made of solid stainless steel and a soft stop or wedge made of thermoplastic rubber. Even the bounce of a heavy, massive door is cushioned without vibration or noise; damages to doors, walls and furniture are effectively prevented. For a permanent attachment, the stoppers are screwed onto the floor – attachment hardware included. Or alternatively simply glued on, for example in rented apartments, where holes in the floor are not allowed. Through a special glue pad the stylish stoppers can be fixed to any smooth flooring and – if required – be removed with a slight twisting motion, residue-free. The flexible application possibilities, the high level of innovation and the aesthetically pleasing design convinced the jury of the highest German design institution: The „Screw or glue“ door stopper series was nominated for the „German Design Award 2014“ by the German Design Council – an extra selling point for trade. Because this innovation has the potential to become a top-seller: All eight versions are offered in a display presentation strongly attractive to customers, but can also complement existing stopper ranges as a high quality shelf placement.
